Several new podcasting programs dropped beta products last month.
Spreaker, the podcast hosting platform from iHeartMedia, has released a tester version of Spreaker Create, which allows for creation of new podcasts and episodes within the Spreaker app.
The program offers templates, a sound-effects library and instant publication capabilities. Importantly, the beta version is iOS-only, so Android/Windows users are out of luck on this release.
Headliner has taken a different approach to their beta availability. The digital-tools outlet will offer an AI-based text to video feature, where inputting text prompts creates animated, customizable videos.
For now, only Headliner Pro license holders can access the video creation feature. No word on OS requirements.
Finally, DeepCast has released a Pro beta focused on post-production support, including marketing copy based on transcripts and social media interconnectivity. Their site indicates that additional features such as 1-click merchandising, social content generation, calendar automation and AI-powered customer engagement tools will be dropping soon.
It's worth noting that the main DeepCast site, a platform for searching and discovering podcasts, also still shows to be in Beta status.
